1. Why use a bank card or Paypal?

   Bank card or Paypal are the most interesting payment means for making a purchase on Motion Twin's websites.

   Besides, it's simple and secure. Advanced security measures are used and, contrary to phone or SMS payment, no code is necessary to validate the payment. There's no risk of typing errors!

2. My currency is not in Euros

   You can use your bank card even if your bank account is in a different currency from the euro.

   If your bank's exchange rate is in American dollars or in another currency then at the moment of purchase, your bank will automatically exchange from Euros to your currency and will charge a small commission. The exact exchange rate and the commission depend on your bank.

3. Why is there a limit to payment?

   As a result of many cases of fraud with bank card payments, we have established limits to users, in order to limit improper use.
   In addition, the limits to a bank card also apply if the same card is used by several users or on several of our sites.

   The amount and the number of transactions are limited. If you think you may want to make several payments, then the best solution is to buy less frequently but to consider making bigger payments (between 15 and 50 €).
   You can make:

   • 1 payment every 10 minutes
   • 2 payments every 24 hours
   • 4 payments every 7 days
   • 8 payments every 30 days

   You can make a payment of:

   • 30 € in the last 24 hours
   • 80 € in the last 7 days
   • 200 € in the last 30 days

   1. A photocopy of your identity card (on both sides). University card, driving license or other proof of identity can be accepted.

5. How can I pay by bank card?

   When you choose to pay by bank card, you have to insert the number of your bank card, its limit date and the three last numbers on the reverse of the card.

   By paying by bank card, your account automatically receives the tokens you have purchased.

   Here are some suggestions about this type of payment:

   • If the bank card isn't yours, you must systematically ask for authorization from the card owner.
   • The secret number is never asked for.
   • Due to problems of fraud and theft, Motion Twin has an automatic system which blocks the number of purchases you can make with a same bank card.

6. How to pay with Paypal?

   You should first choose the quantity you wish to pay on our website. Paypal payment is placed in the same category as Bank Card.

   Click on the Paypal logo, beside the other bank card logos.

   You'll be redirected to Paypal's website, where you have to log in or create a new account if you don't have one.

   Depending on your Paypal account, you'll be able to choose a payment means and confirm it.

7. Are the payment means secure?

   Our means of payment are perfectly secure. Bank card payments are secure thanks to our proven and frequently used technology.

   The connexion is encrypted (as the key or padlock shows on the bottom side of the web browser). Your bank card number keeps encrypted from the moment it is sent to the moment it is received by your bank.

8. Why are you asking for my name and address for a bank card payment?

   This information is necessary to know who makes the payment.

   This personal data is confidential and it will never be given or sold.

9. Which data is saved when I make a bank card payment?

   We save the data validated with the purchase (name, last name, address) and the IP address from which the payment is made.

   About your bank card:
   The complete number of your card is never registered nor saved by our servers. Only a partial save is possible when you choose to save your card data in order to make the next purchase without having to insert all the data again.

10. Keep my card number for the next time. How does this work?

    If you activate the box for saving your bank card number, next time you make a purchase you won't need to insert the data again.

    Data is saved securely. It's encrypted and it's ''cut in two parts''. One half of the number is saved by our servers and the other half is saved by our technical provider Paybox.

    Neither of these two parts can be used without the other one.

    To be able to make a new purchase without having to insert your bank card number again, it's necessary to:

    • Log in in the same account where you made your first payment
    • Be logged in on the same computer where you made the first payment

    When you make a first payment, a ''virtual key'' (which doesn't have any personal or bank card data) is saved in a cookie on your computer. Without this cookie, the bank card data retrieval will not be possible.

11. What precautions are needed for paying by bank card?

    To pay on Internet with complete security, you must take these precautionary measures:

    • Never give your bank card number to anybody.
    • If your computer is used by several people (public place, family computer, etc.) never save your Paypal password on your web browser and disable the automatic form fill of your web browser.

12. How long do I have to wait for my payment to be validated and then receive the game tokens?

    If you pay by bank card, your account will receive the game tokens immediately.

13. I made a payment by Paypal and I haven't received my game tokens yet. What's going on?

    With Paypal most of the payments are immediate, specially those made by bank card or those that use your Paypal credit.

    Nevertheless, there are other kinds of payments, like the e-check for example, although the payment takes longer. You'll find more information on Paypal website.

    An e-check can even take a few working days until it's validated by Paypal.

    In case of deferred payment, your account will receive the game tokens when Paypal validates it.
